<p> <i> 11.42 am </i> Apple's second OS X 10.10.3 pre-release update for testers includes new Emoji set, latest Photos app
New Delhi: Apple has rolled out its second OS X 10.10.3 for testers that includes an updated version of Photos app which is the iPhoto replacement.
A report in 9to5Mac stated that the new OS, slated for a consumer release later this spring, will have tweaked ways in which special Emoji characters are presented.
The Emojis are categorised into People, Travel & Places, and Objects & Symbols. It includes racially diverse character set which allows users to pick from various skin tones on several different characters.
The Objects & Symbols category also includes updated iOS devices and a fancy new Apple Watch. The build also highlights WiFi and Screen Sharing as focus areas for testing improvements.
The Google sign in process will also have improvements, while the Photos app will have a more streamlined experience for adding new Faces. There will be a new bar along the bottom of the window that shows recommendations of new people to add to the Faces album which can be vertically scrolled or minimized.</p>
