Xiaomi is one company that currently seems to be on a roll. After the smartphones, the company has recently launched a tablet - Mi Pad - in India. And now the company is gearing to get into the hottest product category—the smartwatch! Yes, Xiaomi is all set to get into the smartwatch space.
The news has been broken by Chinese technology news website 36Krypton. As per the report, the Xiaomi smartwatch will have a large dial ( a round one) and could offer pulse wave velocity identification. It also adds that it will come with brushed metal design much like the one on the back of HTC One M9.
At this stage, there aren't many details available on the pricing of the smartwatch; however, we are expecting Xiaomi to continue with its tradition of pricing their devices aggressively. There is no word on the availability either, but we hope that India will feature way up on the company's future market's list.
It is noteworthy, that in some markets Xiaomi is offering its Mi Band that is yet to make its way to India. Reports also suggest that the company is working on the sequel of its Mi Band.</p>
