<p> <i> 11.40 am </i> Intex Aqua Star L launched for Rs 6,990
Intex launches yet-another budget smartphone in the Indian market in the form of the Aqua Star L. Priced at Rs 6,990, it runs the latest Android iteration 5.0 Lollipop. At that price tag, it will compete with the likes of Moto E and Redmi 1s.
Sporting a 5-inch FWVGA display, it comes powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core coupled with 1GB of RAM. On the camera front, it gets an 8MP rear snapper and a 2MP front-facing camera.  It is the first Intex smartphone to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.
It’s a dual-SIM smartphone that comes with 8GB onboard storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and micro-USB.
Earlier this month, the company had also launched the Aqua Desire at Rs 5,560. The dual-SIM Aqua Desire running Android KitKat came with a 4.7-inch FWVGA IPS display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage and microSD card support up to 32GB.
Available in black and white colour options, the device will be available exclusively onSnapdeal from February 16.</p>
